Thomas Tucker - President & CEO
Mr. Tucker is President and CEO of Akibia. In this role, he is charged with leading the company as it grows to meet expanding market need and maintains its leadership position. He oversees all aspects of the company, and is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and future vision of Akibia, and ensuring the company's portfolio of IT services corresponds with customer demands. Mr. Tucker joined Akibia in 1990 as its CFO, became President in 2002, and CEO in 2010.
A senior manager in the high-tech industry for 25 years, he has both financial and operational management experience in fast-growing environments. Prior to joining Akibia, Mr. Tucker was CFO at Automated Images, a CAD software supplier, where he was involved in raising both debt and equity capital for this start-up venture. As vice president of finance for VIA Systems, Mr. Tucker oversaw both financial and operational activity for this CAD/CAE manufacturer. Mr. Tucker received a BA degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Karen Wall - Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure Services
In her role as Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure Services, Ms. Wall is responsible for critical global business programs including Information Technology, Human Resources, Facilities, Legal, IT Education teams, CQI and Business Processes. Ms. Wall has a focus on areas including driving a culture of performance and delivering technology solutions that spur business efficiency, risk management and cost containment for the company. As a member of Akibia’s executive team she also provides valuable input and a customer perspective regarding Akibia’s sales strategy, market positioning of new services and optimal alignment of resources. As an IT leader she represents Akibia’s core customer, providing valuable insight to the types of services customers need and the challenges they face.
Ms. Wall, who joined Akibia in 1999, previously served as Vice President of Human Resources, where she was responsible for driving leading–edge HR initiatives for the company’s Infrastructure Management Services and Corporate Services employees. Ms. Wall has 25 years of experience which she lends to inspire the Company’s culture by promoting core values that focus on people, customers, innovation, quality, integrity, fun, and profitability. Prior to joining Akibia, Ms. Wall held management positions in the fields of finance and health care, most recently Regional Director of Human Resources for Home Health Corporation of America. Ms. Wall holds a BA in Psychology from Colby College. She is pursuing an MBA at Babson College.
Scott Fiore - Vice President of Global Operations
As Vice President of Global Operations, Mr. Fiore heads a team focused on delivering mission-critical data center support services for complex, multivendor server, storage, network and security environments. In this capacity he manages Akibia’s global technical support, logistics and field engineering teams. Mr. Fiore also heads up the company’s consulting and professional services organization which includes Akibia’s compliance, risk management and infrastructure consulting practices as well as the company’s systems integration team for network and security solutions. Since joining Akibia in 2000, Mr. Fiore has held multiple positions within the company’s operations and finance groups. With deep knowledge of customers’ business challenges, Mr. Fiore is focused on providing superior customer service and support and meeting clients’ needs. Most recently he managed Akibia’s European Operations Group. Prior to Akibia Mr. Fiore worked in finance at Reebok. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire.
Philip Harris - Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing
Phil Harris joined Akibia in 2000 and has since held progressively responsible positions within the Sales organization. Currently, Mr. Harris is responsible for driving revenue growth while overseeing Akibia’s global sales, sales support and marketing team. Under his direction, Akibia’s sales team is committed to a consultative approach that provides solutions to meet customers’ emerging and complex data center and security needs. With his leadership, Akibia’s customer base and revenue continue to grow year-over-year. Mr. Harris brings real-world knowledge of customer challenges with over 20 years of sales and customer support experience having previously worked for Peoplesoft, Lawson Software, McCormack & Dodge Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet Software. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Assumption College in Massachusetts.
Robert Klotz - Vice President of Technology
As vice president of Technology at Akibia, Mr. Klotz is responsible for delivering service offerings that meet the evolving requirements of today's enterprise organizations. As Akibia's technical evangelist, Mr. Klotz articulates Akibia's strategic vision to customers, partners, prospects and the industry as a whole. He partners with Akibia's customers, serving as a high-level resource for advice and best practices while also ensuring the company is delivering services that align with customer priorities. Mr. Klotz has more than 15 years experience creating and delivering leading-edge technology solutions. Prior to Akibia, Mr. Klotz was general manager at Eirteic Consulting where he was instrumental in launching a new enterprise management focused business partnering with companies such as IBM. Prior to Eirteic he was the founder and vice president of Technical Services at SilverBack Technologies, which was acquired by Dell. In 2001 he was named one of Computer World Magazine's "Premier 100 IT Leaders."
Ankit Ghosh - Vice President of Global Infrastructure Management
As Vice President of Infrastructure Management, Mr. Ghosh is responsible for driving the growth of Akibia's on and off-shore Global Infrastructure Management service offerings including Data Center Management, Information Security, Remote Infrastructure Management Services (RIMS) and Managed Desktop Services. Mr. Ghosh is the AVP and Global Head for the Infrastructure Management Consulting Practice for Zensar Technologies.
Mr. Ghosh brings 20+ years of infrastructure management experience which includes IT infrastructure outsourcing and architecture, RIMS service model definiteion, and service sales. Mr. Ghosh's previous roles span companies such as ITC Infotech India Ltd., Raffles Software, QuantM Net Technologies, and Melstar Information Technologies Limited. Mr. Ghosh is an ITIL Certified Consultant, a Prince2 Practitioner, a PMI Certified Project Manager, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Consultant. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal Government State Council.

Thomas Willson - Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Willson is Chairman of the Board of Akibia. He founded Akibia in 1988 under the original name Polaris Service, and served as its CEO until 2010. Before starting Akibia, he was founder and President of the JDS Group, a strategic consultancy specializing in emerging energy technologies internationally. As Vice President of Resource Planning Associates (RPA), an international management consulting firm, he opened and directed its London office and provided strategic management consulting to energy and natural resource companies throughout the United States and Europe. Prior to RPA, Mr. Willson worked at The Division of Naval Reactors of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. Mr. Willson received a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, where he was a member of Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society, and an MBA with Great Distinction from the Stanford Graduate School of Business

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan - Vice Chairman & CEO of Zensar Technologies
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Vice Chairman and CEO of Zensar Technologies, a global firm that transforms Technology and Processes for Fortune 500 companies. He is also President of the IT Sector and a member of the Management Board of the 3.25 billion USD RPG Group. He is the current Chairman of CII’s National Committee and ITES and a member of the Chairmen’s Council of NASSCOM.
A Gold medalist in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, Ganesh earned a doctoral degree in Knowledge Management from IIT Bombay. He is the author of four McGraw Hill publications on Business Process Reengineering and Knowledge Management and is a regular columnist in India’s leading business and technology magazines. He serves on the Board of Global Talent Track, Asia’s pioneering venture in Technology Enabled Skills development and is a member of the Board of Governors of NITIE Mumbai.
Ganesh was named 'CEO of the Year' by the Asia Pacific HR Conference in 1999 and received the Wisitex Foundation’s 'CEO of the Decade–Knowledge Award' from India’s Minister for Information Technology in 2000. In July 2005, he received the Asia HRD Congress Award for Contributions to the Organization through HR. Ganesh was recognized by Ernst & Young in 2005 Award for exceptional entrepreneurship and in November 2010, was awarded the ‘Outstanding Entrepreneurship Award 2010’ by Enterprise Asia.
Vivek Gupta - Chief Executive, GTS and Vice Chairman, Akibia
During his 26 years with Zensar, Vivek has performed a number of roles around the globe, including head of all delivery operations based out of India, before taking over his current role as Chief Executive, Global Transformation Services (GTS).
Vivek has a B.Tech degree from India's premier engineering college, the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He joined Zensar in 1984 as a management trainee and holds the unique distinction of being the longest serving campus recruit in the company. After starting his career in India, Vivek moved to England in 1993. Over the next eight years, Vivek successfully grew Zensar's business in the UK from inception to a mature Europe-wide operation spread across the UK, Central & Eastern Europe and the Nordic countries.
In 2001 Vivek moved to Chicago (USA) to head Zensar’s Global Outsourcing Services business which provides Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to global customers. Under his guidance the business grew seven-fold over an eight year period.
Vivek is an alumnus of The Wharton School, Philadelphia (USA) and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (India).
